Driving sales of a limited edition of the latest JRR Tolkien book (RRP £350).
Having undertaken a ‘Listening’ campaign we engaged with a number of Tolkien communities using Buzz Marketing to spark word of mouth and drive sales via a bespoke microsite.
Only Buzz marketing was initially performed to monitor its effectiveness.
Result: 85% of sales target hit in first 2 weeks.
